What happens along the way?

Questions about the process
Which address do I give my suppliers?
After we agree to work together we send you our Istanbul warehouse address and a reference code so your shipments can be matched to your order.
Do you check incoming goods?
We record the package count and external condition of every incoming shipment and inform you. On request we perform detailed checks and take photos.
How do you know my order is complete?
You send us the list of suppliers you're expecting; once every shipment has arrived we move to consolidation with your approval.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the destination country, transport mode and customs process; we share a clear estimate in your quote.
